Great wines start in the vineyard, so we farm with respect for the land to express the true character of Sonoma. Our vineyards span three distinct regions: Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley, and Dry Creek Valley—each just miles apart, yet unique in microclimate, soils, and terrain.
Russian River Valley
Located in central Sonoma County, this site features Goldridge loam, clay-rich hills, and alluvial benchlands. Nightly fog cools the valley, creating dramatic diurnal swings for bright acidity and balance—ideal conditions for our expressive Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir.
Alexander Valley
Northern Sonoma’s sandy plains and mountain slopes are sheltered from most Pacific breezes. Its warm climate is tempered by nightly fog from the Russian River creating the ideal environment for our rich, structured Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dry Creek Valley
These historic vineyards grow on gravel and sandy loam in the valley floor and red clay loam on the hillsides. The warm days are cooled by evening fog, preserving acidity and yielding the rich, balanced fruit behind our distinctive Merlot.
